The NEP-2020 has emphasized reading as a key skill for Foundational Learning. The P . N. Panicker Foundation has been a key contributor in this area. honoring the father of Library movement 19th June is celebrated as Reading Day and following Week as Reading Week.
The 28th national Reading Day is celebrated on 19th June 2023, the following Week as Reading Week and Reading Month will be celebrated from 196 June 2023 to 18 July 2023.
Under This Reading Campaign the following activities will be done:
For 28th P N Panicker National Reading Day/ Reading Month
Celebration 2023, the institutes can choose any one or a combination of
activities or any other innovative reading/ learning oriented activities to
perform during this year’s reading month celebrations.
